Barry has been working in sport since 1974. From the grassroots level to the Olympics. He has been Teacher - coach - tutor and mentor and still today works with athletes and coaches of all levels. During these many roles he has produced and worked with some of the best athletes in the world. Many of his friends and peers would call him a entrepreneur of sport. Barry has been a speaker at the World Coaches conferences  both in the USA & UK. He is one of the few Canadian or British coaches to have ever worked at the USA national training center in Colorado Springs.
